1. When will my order ship?
We pack orders within 2 business days and hand them to the carrier; you’ll get a tracking link as soon as the label prints.
2. How long does delivery take?
U.S. orders arrive in 3–7 business days, international in 7–14. Rural areas may add a day or two.
3. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes. Unworn items with tags may be returned or swapped within 15 days, just hit up celebratebrave0@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll email a prepaid label.
4. What if the size I want is sold out?
Most drops are small batch. Tap “Email me when available” on the product page; we restock essentials regularly and will ping you first.
5. How should I wash my hoodie or tee?
Cold water, gentle cycle, inside-out, and hang dry when possible. Heat and harsh detergents are bravery’s natural enemies.
6. Are your garments ethically made?
Every piece is produced in audited, ethically run facilities that meet strict labor and environmental standards.
7. Where does the charity money go?
Fifteen percent of profits fund survivor counseling sessions and local community grants. Impact totals update quarterly on our Impact page.
8. Can I use more than one discount code?
One code per order helps us keep donating a meaningful slice of every sale. Choose the best code and your cart will apply it.
9. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Canada, the UK, EU, Australia, and New Zealand. Duties and VAT display at checkout so there are no doorstep surprises.
10. How do I share my survivor story?

11. Can I volunteer at Celebrate Brave events?
Absolutely! Join our volunteer list by emailing celebratebrave0@gmail.com with your city and availability, and we’ll contact you for local pop-ups or charity walks.
12. I’m an artist, can I collaborate on a design?
We run quarterly collabs. Send your portfolio link to celebratebrave0@gmail.com and note why bravery matters to you. We reply to every submission.

14. Can I place a bulk order for my team or fundraiser?

15. Can you make a custom ribbon color for my event?
We can produce limited ribbon colors for orders of 50+ units. Reach out six weeks in advance so we can schedule production.
16. I have a mental-health resource to recommend, how do I share it?

17. Do you sell digital gift cards?
Yes, instant e-gift cards from $10 to $200 are delivered by email and never expire.
18. Is there a student or survivor discount?

19. How do I recycle old Celebrate Brave gear?
Ship worn-out items back to us with our Take-Back label and we’ll upcycle the fibers into insulation; you’ll earn a 10 % discount on your next purchase.
